2. Return Conditions Since our products are handmade crochet bags, items must be unused and in their original condition. All original tags and packaging must remain intact.

3. Return Reasons & Shipping Costs

• Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, return shipping is fully covered by DEKORANI at no cost to you.
• Change of mind: Returns are accepted, but the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
