1. Shipping Cost We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. No hidden fees will be added at checkout.

2. Processing Time Since our products — including crochet bags — are handmade with great care, orders are prepared, packed, and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

3. Transit & Delivery Time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. After shipment, a tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can monitor your package in real time.

4. Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United States. If delivery to a specific area is not possible due to carrier limitations, our support team will contact you before processing your order.

5. Damaged During Shipping If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately. We will arrange a replacement in accordance with our Return Policy.
